About the Role
As the Front Office Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for guests and residents—ensuring a warm, welcoming, and professional experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent front-line reception and customer service.
* Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
* Process bookings, payments, and maintain guest accounts using our booking system.
* Respond to enquiries (phone, email, and in-person) with professionalism and warmth.
* Share local knowledge and provide guests with information about the park and surrounding area.
* Perform general office administration duties.
* Foster positive relationships with residents, guests, and team members.
* Support the daily operational needs of the business.

What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
* Previous experience in a front office or reception role within hospitality or holiday parks.
* A positive, customer-first attitude with a genuine passion for service.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation systems RMS (highly regarded).
* Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
* Ability to handle cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately.
* Confidence working both independently and collaboratively.
* Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as required.
