You'll have an eye for design and colour, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple touchpoints with confidence. If you enjoy guiding people through exciting milestones and collaborating with teams to deliver exceptional outcomes, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
* Be the go‑to person for homebuyers throughout the build process, from design choices to handover.
* Coordinate appointments, site visits, and community engagement activities.
* Facilitate "Your Home Customisation Appointment", helping customers select colours and customisations for their new home.
* Provide timely updates and manage expectations at every stage.
* Liaise with construction teams and facilitate smooth transitions from sales to community life.
* Drive advocacy and referrals by delivering an outstanding customer experience.
About You
You're passionate about creating memorable customer experiences and thrive in roles where communication and organisation are key. You're looking for a role that combines relationship‑building with hands‑on involvement in the home journey.
Experience & Skills That Count
* Strong customer service and administration experience.
* Knowledge of construction processes and design/colour selections.
