Conveyancing Role
This role is integral to the smooth operation and continued growth of our practice. We require a Conveyancing Specialist to handle a diverse range of conveyancing matters, including managing predominantly residential transactions autonomously.
Responsibilities:
* acting on all aspects of a conveyance, from pre-contract review and negotiations to post settlement, including use of the PEXA platform;
* drafting terms and preparing sale contracts;
* reviewing and advising clients on proposed purchase contracts;
* liaising with clients, banks, real estate agents, solicitors and other third parties at every stage of the transaction to prepare all required correspondence and legal documents;
* utilise strong organisational skills to manage high volumes of work and meet deadlines.
Skills and Qualifications:
* 3-4 years' experience as a Conveyancer/Registered Conveyancer in commercial, business, rural and land division matters;
* excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills;
* proficiency in using PEXA and practice management systems;
* strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients;
* ability to work independently and as part of a team;
* commitment to providing exceptional client service;
* knowledge of property law and conveyancing practices in Victoria is essential. National knowledge is highly regarded.
