Leading by example, you will support your team by motivating and coaching to deliver exceptional return to work outcomes. You will continue to develop your multidisciplinary team and provide encouragement in an inclusive and collaborative space.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a team of rehabilitation consultants to deliver consistent high quality customer service evidenced through customer satisfaction, repeat referrals and achievement of SLAs;
* Identify and implement innovative operational improvements;
* Develop business and facilitate growth opportunities;
* Recruitment, induction and training of new team members;
* Participate in key account meetings and leadership forums;
* Undertake monthly supervision with direct reports;
* Drive an engaging workplace culture.
Qualifications and Experience
* Tertiary allied health qualifications in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, and Rehabilitation Counselling;
* Registration with either AHPRA, ASORC or ESSA;
* Experience in a similar role (Branch Manager/Team Leader) or demonstrated ability to lead and drive others' performance;
* National Police Check;
* Working With Children Check;
* A current NSW Driver's License and access to own car with comprehensive insurance is a must.
