At Miami Bakehouse Mandurah, we're looking for an energetic Store Manager — or an experienced Assistant Manager ready to step up — to take charge of a fast-paced store and drive great results every day.
The Role
You'll lead a motivated team, deliver standout customer service, and take ownership of daily cafe operations. With strong support from your operations Manager team, you'll have the autonomy to run your store – and the backing to grow your career.
You'll:
* Lead, coach, and inspire your team to hit service and sales targets
* Manage rosters, stock, and costs with an eye for efficiency
* Maintain high standards of presentation and product quality
* Create a positive, results-focused culture that gets the best from your people
About You
You're a confident hands-on leader who thrives in a busy environment and loves a challenge. You may already be a Store Manager or a strong 2IC ready for the next step – either way, you're energetic, driven, and career-minded.
You'll bring:
* Experience in hospitality or retail leadership
* Confidence to motivate and develop a team
* A customer focus with a passion for great service
