Key responsibilities include:
* Coordinating with directors and office staff to ensure seamless project execution
* Communicating effectively with clients to maintain transparency and trust
* Managing installation teams to achieve exceptional quality and efficiency
* Surveying fire doors using software-driven systems
* Installing and carrying out maintenance on fire doors as required
* Measuring up and ordering materials prior to projects starting
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience in fire door installation, inspection, or maintenance management
* Strong understanding of fire door regulations, certification, and compliance standards
* Excellent organisational and leadership skills, able to manage multiple sites simultaneously
* Clear and confident communication skills, with a professional client-facing manner
* Full UK driving licence
* Qualifications or certifications in fire doors (e.g. BM Trada, FIRAS, FDIS, ASFP, or IFC)
