**About the position**:
- Ensure every Ford experience is memorable and our customer experience is maximised
- Coordinate delivery and presentation of new vehicles to our customers
- Liaise with finance, PD and other departments to ensure delivery deadlines are met
- Provide comprehensive overview of features and benefits of their new vehicle (full training provided)
- Follow up calls after delivery and obtaining survey returns
- Delivery photos and publishing to Facebook and Instagram
- Prospecting phone calls from lists supplied to set appointments
- Assisting Sales on the floor with concierge service to potential customers
- Provide ad hoc support as required
**About you**:
- Strong understanding of how to deliver a first class customer experience
- An ability to go beyond the extra mile
- Prior experience in a customer facing role
- Excellent personal presentation and communication abilities
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to all situations and personalities in a professional manner
- Previous experience in a fast paced environment
- Any exposure to the automotive industry advantageous, but not required
