About the role:
We're looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to join our Traralgon team. Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, you'll lead a dedicated team across Guest Experience, Grounds & Maintenance, and Housekeeping to ensure our park guests and homeowners enjoy exceptional experiences.
Located in the heart of the beautiful Gippsland region, this full-time role is all about creating memorable stays, delivering outstanding customer service, and maintaining our high standards. Your leadership will help foster a vibrant community atmosphere while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Satisfaction: Deliver exceptional service, maintain strong guest and homeowner relationships, and uphold Park Lane's high standards across all facilities.
* Sales & Service: Collaborate with the Home Sales Team to maximise sales opportunities while maintaining excellence in customer service.
* Accommodation & Facilities: Ensure all accommodation and park facilities are impeccably maintained and welcoming.
* Gardens & Grounds: Oversee the upkeep of gardens and grounds, creating a pristine and inviting environment.
* Expense Management: Manage budgets efficiently, balancing operational needs with cost-effectiveness.
* Staff Leadership: Inspire, motivate, and support your team to achieve their best while fostering a collaborative culture.
* Compliance & Admin: Ensure all operations align with safety, health, and compliance standards.
* Asset Management: Maintain park assets to guarantee a safe and enjoyable environment for guests and homeowners.
Who we are looking for:
You're a motivated, hands-on leader with a strong background in operations management—preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry. You thrive in fast-paced environments, possess exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, and are passionate about creating outstanding customer experiences.
Your leadership style is inclusive and team-focused, with a natural ability to inspire and engage your team to deliver top-tier results.
