**Fleet Manager - Full-time Position**

**Key Responsibilities**:
- *Procurement and Maintenance*: Manage the purchase and maintenance of transportation vehicles, equipment, and fuel resources.
- *Client Liaison*: Engage with clients to identify their transport needs, offer advice on appropriate vehicle selections, explain purchasing or hiring rates, outline obligations, and resolve any complaints.
- *Order and Booking Management*: Receive and process orders and bookings, while planning and implementing efficient transportation schedules.
- *Quality Assurance*: Ensure that goods are stored and transported in appropriate conditions to maintain their quality.
- *Logistics Coordination*: Arrange for the collection and delivery of vehicles and goods, ensuring timely and efficient operations.
- *Record Keeping and Reporting*: Maintain accurate business records and prepare operational statements and reports for management review.
- *Train Operations Oversight*: Coordinate the loading and unloading processes, as well as the arrival and departure schedules of trains.
- *Safety Compliance*: Ensure that all operations comply with occupational health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
