Opportunity Overview
Key Responsibilities
* Liaise with clients, customers, adjusters, and trades people to ensure quality repair outcomes
* Schedule appointments and coordinate subcontractors, supervisors, and technicians
* Manage project budgets and allocate work orders
* Ensure KPIs met around customer satisfaction, timeliness, quality, reports, and invoices
* Prepare project documentation
* Liaise with Project Managers daily
* Complete client communications weekly
* Respond to project stakeholders to assist the team with project management
* Prepare invoicing and collate handover documents, including compliance certificates
