Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the primary point of contact for customers. Your role will involve handling general and complex enquiries using excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* You will troubleshoot or resolve all enquiries while demonstrating high customer service standards.
* Handling customer calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions.
* Providing solutions to customer complaints and concerns.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* Monthly incentives up to $480 (pro-rata basis)
* Part-time employment with a minimum of 20 hours per week
