Vetting Manager Role
As a Vetting Manager, you will lead a team of security analysts handling complex personal security clearance processes. You will be responsible for supervising a high-performing team, assessing clearance cases, and leveraging your experience in vetting to build the capability within your team.
* You will have attention to detail and the ability to manage a complex process.
* You will also be part of the Quality Assurance process, enforcing stringent quality controls on Personal Security Files (PSFs).
This role requires extensive vetting experience in Government or similar high-security environments. A minimum Negative Vetting Level 1 is required, with the opportunity to upgrade to Negative Vetting 2 as needed. Certification in Personnel Security Vetting is also necessary.
We are looking for a leader who can mentor and coach Analysts and Senior Analysts, helping us grow our team. Ideal candidates will have experience in leading a team, attention to detail, and a commitment to upholding high-quality standards in vetting processes and documentation.
