About the Role As the Payroll Specialist, you'll take ownership of a scalable process framework that supports the delivery of the Payroll Services.You'll partner with payroll teams, transformation leads, client services, and implementation specialists to map current ways of working, identify improvement opportunities, and roll out streamlined solutions.
Your work will directly improve the consistency, accuracy, and speed of service delivery while also reducing risk and creating a better experience for both clients and internal teams.You'll play a pivotal role in building a knowledge hub of best practices, exceptions, tools, and templates all with a focus on operational excellence and compliance.
