Role: Senior Educator - Educational Leader
Location: Oxley QLD (located on the traditional lands of the Yugara and Yugarabul people)

Employment Type: Full Time – 38hrs a week (must be available between 6am-6pm)

As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

* 75 place centre (25 months to 6 years)
* Role – Float
* 3 hrs minimum off the floor per week to conduct EL duties

You'll need:
* Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* Current QLD Working with Children Check
