Join a high-performing Intensive Care team where your support truly makes a difference. We are seeking a motivated Clinical Support Officer to join our team and play a vital role in enabling exceptional patient care.

In this position, you will deliver accurate and timely administrative support across the facility and wards. You will work closely with other administrative staff such as Ward Clerks and Communication Officers. While working under the guidance of the Nurse Manager/Nurse Unit Manager, you will also have the opportunity to use initiative and contribute to improving established systems.

What you will bring to the role

* Holds or willing to undertake a Certificate III in Health Administration or equivalent
* Effective verbal, written and interpersonal skills including the ability to draft correspondence, reports, presentations and deal confidently and courteously with people at all levels
* Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel Outlook and MS Teams), Healthroster, Staff link, iProcurement, Content Manager and My Health Learning.
* Capacity to work under broad supervision and to undertake a diverse range of tasks as an effective member of a team in a high pressure, high volume work environment.
* Able to demonstrate problem solving and prioritising skills.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
