We're partnering with a global construction and infrastructure group to appoint a Finance Manager on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, reporting directly to the Global Finance Director.
This is a broad, high‑visibility role suited to a technically strong finance professional who enjoys working across group reporting, forecasting, and senior stakeholder engagement in a complex, international environment.
What you'll be doing:
* Owning elements of the monthly and quarterly close for Australia and global corporate cost centres
* Managing global quarterly reporting and consolidation to a listed parent entity
* Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and business planning across regions
* Leading key areas such as IFRS reporting, IFRS 16, intercompany recharges, and balance sheet reviews
* Playing a hands‑on role in audit, statutory accounts, and board‑level reporting
* Partnering closely with regional finance teams and supporting junior staff
What we're looking for:
* Big 4 trained with 5+ years' experience in financial or technical reporting
* Strong IFRS, consolidation, and FX experience
* Confident working in fast‑paced, global environments
* Comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders and ambiguous problems
* Advanced Excel skills and a proactive, commercial mindset
