An organisation based in Bentley is seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to provide support across the Business Services Category. You will be engaged on an initial temporary basis, with opportunity of extension or direct appointment offered to the right person. You will be required to work full-time hours, and will be paid on a competitive hourly rate.
**Your new role**
As the Procurement Specialist to the Business Services Category, you will be responsible for:
- Managing end-to-end procurement processes, from planning, development, tendering, evaluation, negotiation and to execution
- Develop, co-ordinate and lead sourcing activities across a range of categories, to establish supplier arrangements
- Administer and develop contract management plans, negotiating changes and modifications as needed
- Liaise with external suppliers and internal stakeholders on contract and procurement matters, providing advice and guidance as needed
**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to be considered for this role you will demonstrate an advanced background managing end-to-end procurement, ideally within a Corporate Services organisation. In addition, you will have:
- Strong communication skills with confidence in dealing with negotiations
- Strong people management skills used when liaising with suppliers
- Excellent attention to detail and written communication
- Excellent interpersonal skills
