We are seeking a Centre Director to join our team. As a Centre Director, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and developing the Teachers and Educators in your centre. You will build strong, meaningful relationships with children, families, and communities, fully embracing the profound impact of your role in their lives.

You will be at the heart of our leadership team, responsible for delivering our bespoke learning program developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practice.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading and managing change within education, health or community services. They will also have experience in delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage and proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need a Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards). You must have experience with leading and managing change within education, health or community services, experience in delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage, and proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management.
