We're looking for a talented Senior Architect with 10+ years' experience to join our dynamic Perth Studio! This is an incredible opportunity to lead projects and design teams from concept to completion. The position requires an adaptable, well-rounded individual, with proven experience in all phases of Architectural practice.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
* Proven experience across multiple typologies with strong lead design skill
* Proven experience on residential and / or retail projects preferred
* Strong project management, consultant coordination, and interpersonal skills
* Confident in leadership with excellent verbal and visual communication skills
* Proven design capability and creative problem-solving skills
* Essential knowledge of procurement, construction, detailing and building services
* A good understanding and ability to document in Revit required
* Proficiency in design software (e.g. Enscape, Adobe Suite, SketchUp, Rhino etc)
* Registered Architect preferred
