Junior Legal Assistant (Public Liability)
What are we looking for?
We have a fantastic opportunity in our Ashfield office for a positive, energetic and highly motivated person to join our Public Liability team. This is a full time role however we are open to discussions regarding flexible work arrangements.
This role will have you responsible for providing support to our busy team, with ongoing training and development. Daily duties will include:
- File administration
- Diary management
- Liaising and corresponding with clients and third parties
- Working in a close knit, high achieving team you will be guided and mentored throughout your role with the opportunity to grow and develop your career.
What will you bring?
- Experience in legal support or administration preferred
- Experience with Microsoft office suite
- Outstanding communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrated organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
- A willingness to learn
- Friendly and cheerful demeanour.
- A diploma and/or experience in the legal field will be highly regarded but not essential.
