We are seeking Event Setup Attendants who bring reliability, enthusiasm, and a strong sense of pride in creating exceptional event environments. This role supports the seamless delivery of events by preparing rooms, setting up furniture and equipment, maintaining clean and organised spaces, and ensuring all areas are ready for guests.

We're preparing to open the doors to our brand new Nyaal Banyul Geelong Convention and Event Centre. An exciting space designed to bring people together through creativity, innovation, and unforgettable experiences. As we gear up for opening day, we're looking for enthusiastic and reliable casual team members to help us support test events and form the new Event Setup team. Set to open in July 2026 on the Geelong Waterfront, Nyaal Banyul will be Australia's newest convention and event centre. Operated by the Victorian Convention and Event Trust (VCET), this premier venue features a 1,000-seat theatre and 3,700 square meters of versatile event space, ready to host everything from community gatherings to major conferences and entertainment events.
Located in a vibrant city known for its rich history, stunning waterfront, and thriving arts scene, Nyaal Banyul is a place where everyone is invited to share stories, connect, and celebrate special moments.
