This is a permanent full-time role based at Wyong in NSW, Australia.
Administration
* Keys information into computer to compile work volume statistics for department reporting purposes.
* Advises work procedures and expedites workflow.
* Prepares change of address records.
* Adjusts complaints concerning billing or service rendered, referring complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation.
* Adjusts errors and complaints.
* Contributes to department planning.
Sales
* Liaise with customers by phone or email and receives orders for entry, invoicing and dispatch.
* Processes and follows through Customer orders as required.
* Provides initial product support to Customers and refers to product group as necessary.
* Recommends corrective services to adjust Customer complaints.
* Reviews customer backorder reports and completes stock adjustments to components where necessary.
* Conducts Outbound Phone calls to gain actionable insights from customers.
Safety
* Actively promotes safety by ensuring safe systems of work within role.
* Adheres to all company WHS policies and procedures.
* Reports all incidents in a timely manner; implements outcomes as requested.
* Attends toolbox and safety meetings as required.
General
* Undertakes all tasks with a positive and professional work ethic.
* Liase with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient workflow and problem solving.
* Ensures all activities related to their duties comply with Company policies and procedures, relevant legislation, legal and professional standards as well as the Company's Code of Conduct.
* Undertake any other task associated with the operations of the business that may be reasonably requested from time to time or subject to a specific direction.
Experience and Skills required:
* 3 years in a Customer service role.
* Strong capability to work well within a team as well as independently.
* Experience in using CRM/ERP/MRP software, preferably Oracle.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Customer service focus.
* Strong problem solving, documentation, research and resolution skills and multi-tasking skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
* Candidates must have full working rights to work in Australia.
