This Operational Management Systems Traineeship program will be based in Tamworth, commencing in July 2024, so get ready to kick start your career with NSW's leading Transport Agency, Transport for NSW
No previous experience is required – you'll learn everything you need to know throughout the program. Get paid to develop in‑demand skills and gain valuable experience within a government agency.
About you :
You're an enthusiastic team player, with a great attitude and hold yourself accountable for doing your best in school, work, and play. You enthusiastically seek out new opportunities to learn and have a good grip on your time management and prioritisation skills.
You are an Australian / NZ citizen or an Australian Permanent Resident.
You have completed Year 12 or hold the Higher School Certificate or equivalent.
You are able to commence full‑time employment in July 2024.
You have access to reliable transport to travel to the office or depot.
You can demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills.
You are able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
You are willing to learn and are able to manage your time and priorities effectively.
You have demonstrated familiarity using corporate computing systems and applications or the ability to learn new systems with ease.

2‑year, fixed term full‑time Traineeship
Certificate IV in Business (Records and Information)
Work with and learn from qualified professionals to gain experience through a variety of tasks and situations.
Develop your soft skills like communication, problem solving and teamwork.
Rates of pay is dependent on the year you completed year 12 (or the equivalent), please see below for details:
* Year 12 school leaver (or equivalent) – $ super per week
* 1 year out of school leaver (or equivalent) – $ + super per week
* 2 years school leaver (or equivalent) – $ + super per week
* 3 years or more school leaver (or equivalent) or before – $ + super
