Job Description
As a 12-month Fixed-Term Training Coordinator, you will work closely with trainers, clients and students. Your role will involve coordinating apprenticeship and post-trade courses while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administer student enrolments, invoicing, scheduling sessions, results and completions
* Prepare student documentation and teaching materials
* Answer calls, respond to training queries and correspondence
* Assist audits and statutory compliance activities
* Process competency results and claims for students in VETtrak
* Maintain student data and files according to regulatory requirements
* Liaise with Trainers and Management
* General filing, processing mail, student invoicing, payments and reports
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience working in an administration role
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Attention to detail
* Computer literacy including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and VETtrak (ideal)
* Self-motivation and ability to work independently and within a team
* Time management and organisational skills
* Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
* Reliability and positive attitude to work in a team environment
