Responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day operations, motivating staff, and guaranteeing excellent customer service.
- Planning menus in consultation with Chefs.
- Manage inventory, control costs, and implement strategies to optimize restaurant profitability.
- Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions.
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring dining facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, functional and of suitable appearance.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring a positive dining experience.
Requirements
- Advanced diploma or Diploma in Hotel Management or similar major.
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager of at least 3 years.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management and financial acumen.
- A valid Skill Assessment outcome from the relevant Australian skill assessing authorities (VETASSESS) may be required, depending on passport or placement location.
- A valid English language certificate with a minimum overall score of 5.5 and no less than 5.0 for each component in the IELTS test.
