The Paediatric Allied Health Team supports children and families across Central Queensland with care that spans inpatient, outpatient, and community settings. Through the Child Development Service, they provide transdisciplinary assessments for children aged 0–8 with developmental differences and complex delays.
Working closely with families, the team builds understanding, empowers informed decisions, and helps children transition smoothly to early intervention, education, and community supports, setting them up for the best possible start.
About the role
Deliver high‐level admin support, working closely with the Director and multidisciplinary teams to keep services running smoothly across the region. From preparing reports and correspondence to coordinating appointments, managing data, and supporting recruitment, you'll keep the details in check so clinicians can focus on care.
You'll juggle rosters, payroll processes, travel coordination, and records management, while guiding AO3 staff and improving workflows. With a strong focus on family‐centred communication, you'll help ensure letters land on time, data stays spot‐on, and outreach services run like clockwork.
About you
* Demonstrated experience in healthcare service coordination and high‐level administrative support.
* Strong written communication skills, including the ability to prepare, manage, and assist with patient correspondence, official correspondence, and reports.
* Well‐developed interpersonal and communication skills.
* The ability to lead and support service process improvement and project initiatives.

What we offer
Total monthly remuneration value of up to $9,800 p.m. is comprised of:
* An hourly rate between $47.18 – $51.98 p.h.
* 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
