Early Intervention Services Division
This pool recruitment process will be used to fill permanent, fixed term, full time and part time vacancies that may arise over a period of 12 months from the date of finalisation of the recruitment process. Fixed term appointments may be made with the possibility of extension/s (up to two years total appointment) and/or permanency (to occur within two years of appointment). There are currently two (2) permanent full time vacancies available. The details about both vacancies are outlined below.
About the role
The Early Intervention Services (EIS) division offers family law information, advice and legal task assistance via the website, chat bot, Information Line (telephone and legal chat) and Family Law Advice Team. Virtual Office services are also provided to regional, outer metropolitan and refuge locations. A dedicated Family Law triage team also operates to ensure the appropriate internal/external referral for family law clients when further information is needed.
Coordinator - Advice and Virtual Office Services
In this role you will support and work closely with the Managing Solicitor by effective coordination of the Family Legal Advice and Virtual Office teams and project management tasks. A key part of this role is building and maintaining strong stakeholder engagement relationships with our external and internal partners. You will supervise and support the Team Leader and participate as a senior member of the team, develop, organise, and deliver internal and external training.
Coordinator - Customer Engagement and Intake
In this role you will support the Manager of Customer Engagement and Intake in the provision of a quality service by effective coordination of customer programs and project management tasks. You will participate as a senior member of the team to ensure the highest standards of service delivery are provided to Legal Aid WA clients and service partners, by coordinating the delivery of the Customer Engagement and Intake services.
