Role Overview
The Business Analyst plays a key role in identifying business needs, analysing processes, and translating requirements into clear, actionable documentation to support the successful delivery of business and technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Elicit, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
* Facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder discussions.
* Map current and future state processes and identify improvement opportunities.
* Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into solution designs.
* Support testing, change management, and implementation activities.
* Manage requirements traceability and ensure alignment with business objectives.
* Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate as appropriate.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst across business and/or technology projects.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments.
* Ability to simplify complex information and present it clearly to varied audiences.
* Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar is desirable.
