Specialist Contract Management Join a Leading Resources Organisation An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced contract management professional to provide specialist support across critical contracts and contractor management activities within a major resource development environment. This role plays a key part in supporting operational delivery and project outcomes, partnering closely with procurement, planning, operational, and technical stakeholders to drive contract performance, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives. About the Role Reporting to the Superintendent Contract Management, you will be responsible for the proactive management of medium to high-risk contracts across a diverse portfolio of services. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement contract management strategies, support sourcing and procurement activities, and contribute to operational and commercial outcomes through effective contractor performance management. Key Responsibilities Manage medium to high-risk contracts across multiple service areas Develop and implement contract management strategies, policies, and procedures Support contractor performance management through KPI development and monitoring Contribute to annual planning cycles and recovery planning activities Lead and support process improvement and change management initiatives Partner with procurement teams on sourcing strategies, tendering, and commercial matters Provide expert contract management advice to operational and technical teams Support risk management, compliance activities, audits, and investigations Develop tools and resources to train, coach, and educate stakeholders on contract management processes About You To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: Tertiary qualifications in Contracts, Procurement & Supply Chain, Commerce, Finance, or a related discipline Minimum 5 years’ post-graduate experience in contract management or procurement environments Strong ability to interpret operational performance data and provide strategic insights Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving capability Experience coaching and mentoring stakeholders and project teams Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced operational environment Key Stakeholder Engagement You will regularly collaborate with teams across: Procurement Operations Project Cost & Reporting Planning Technical Services Data & Systems Teams Contract Partners Sustaining Capital & Project Teams Why Apply?
