About the Role
Yo-Chi is opening at Casuarina Square, and we’re looking for a Venue General Manager to lead our first ever NT venue. This is your chance to take full ownership, build a team from the ground up, and bring the Yo-Chi energy to a whole new community! What you’ll be doing
* Lead and inspire the Casuarina Square team to deliver high-energy, exceptional service
* Take full responsibility for all venue operations, including rostering, stock management, cash handling, and compliance
* Maintain product quality, food safety standards, and operational excellence
* Coach, mentor, and develop your team to reach their full potential
* Drive performance by managing KPIs, costs, and overall business growth
* Ensure the venue looks sharp, runs safely, and delivers a memorable guest experience
What we’re looking for
* Proven leadership experience managing hospitality, retail, or QSR venues
* Strong operational expertise in rosters, stock, and performance metrics
* Availability across a flexible Monday to Sunday roster
* People-first leadership style – you build culture, inspire teams, and create positive work environments
* Calm under pressure, resilient, and thrives in fast-paced environments
