Remuneration: $36.57 - $40.93/hr + 12% Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging + Penalties & Allowances

As part of our Women's Health team for Gynaecology, Plastics and ENT, you will work under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse to deliver safe and holistic care to individuals and their families, applying best clinical practice and ensuring a safe environment for optimal patient outcomes.
- Deliver exceptional person-centred care by working collaboratively with your multidisciplinary team, applying exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Apply sound clinical practice which ensures a safe environment and promotes optimal patient health
- Effectively exchange information with the Registered Nurse regarding patient responses to treatment and nursing care
- Demonstrate application of the principles of clinical and workplace risk management
- Achieve optimum patient care through effective collaboration with other health professionals and coordination of care
- Achieve optimal patient outcomes through appropriate allocation of staff and delegation of work and effective communication skills
