About this role:
Supporting process improvements and contributing to more efficient ways of working involves investigating Western Australian Planning Commission-approved subdivision and strata plans, applying water, sewerage, and drainage availabilities using a corporate mapping system to accurately create the correct service charges for each account.
We collaborate closely with Landgate to obtain Gross Rental Values, enabling us to finalise account creation and issue ongoing bills. We also maintain and update our records based on property changes advised by Shires and other authorities—ensuring billing remains accurate and up to date.
