Seeking Final Trim Operators – Excavator, Loader, Skid Steer - North and South of the River Projects Sites
Role Overview:
We are seeking experienced Final Trim Operators to join our civil subdivision projects across Perth (both North and South of the River).
Successful candidates will operate a variety of machines and be confident working to tight tolerances in subdivision earthworks.
Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM (varies by project)
Start / Finish Location: Yard (daily) – Forrestdale or other designated yards
Sites: Various sites daily or longer durations on single sites (depending on project requirements)
Machines: Excavator (final trim), Loader (Loadrite experience preferred), Skid Steer
System: Laser/GPS use where applicable, but operators must be confident working without GPS
Licence Requirement:
Excavator/Loader/Skid Steer Tickets - essential
White Card
Valid Driver's Licence (MR preferred for some machines)
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in final trim operations on civil/subdivision projects
Ability to operate machines to tight tolerances (+/******* mm)
Reliable transport to/from yard daily
Flexibility to work across multiple sites
Strong safety awareness and ability to work autonomously
Competitive hourly rate of $*****/hr + penalties
