Starting a new course can feel overwhelming — this is where this role comes in. As part of our Study Skills team, you'll be the go-to person for students navigating their studies for the first time. From helping them read timetables and access the student portal to providing tech-savvy guidance and essential study skills, you'll ensure every student feels confident and supported.

If you love helping others, forward thinking, and enjoy working closely with students, this is your chance to make a real difference.

Some key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

* Lead the development and delivery of Language, Literacy, Numeracy and Digital Literacy support for students and teachers.
* Collaborate with teachers to provide in-class, group and individual learning support.
* Run drop-in sessions and one-on-one appointments (face-to-face and online).
* Create and maintain online learning resources for self-paced study.
* Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Apply best practice strategies for students with complex learning needs.
* Promote student independence and confidence, referring to specialist services when needed.

You're someone who:

* Adapts easily to change and enjoys working in a dynamic environment.
* Loves being front-facing with students, providing guidance and support.
* Looks for new and flexible ways to help students succeed.
* Brings strong IT skills and a background in literacy and numeracy; TAFE or education experience is a bonus.
* Holds a relevant education degree in language, literacy, TESOL, numeracy, and/or digital literacy, with extensive experience in these areas.

Salary Range:

PACCT Level 6 - $85,957 - $94,105 + Superannuation
