The role
St Nicholas Early Education is seeking passionate, dedicated, and experienced educators to join our brand new centre in Forster, NSW. We are looking for Certificate III and Diploma qualified educators to make a difference in our community.
Responsibilities
- Support and partner with families to nurture and inspire children as they develop the skills to flourish at home, in care and in the community.
- Deliver high‐quality early childhood education in accordance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and all relevant legislative requirements.
- Maintain a safe, healthy and inclusive environment that promotes child protection, mandatory reporting, workplace health and safety and cultural responsiveness.
- Participate in ongoing professional learning and contribute to the continuous improvement of the centre.
Qualifications
- Approved Certificate III or Diploma level qualification for the purposes of education and care services, national law and regulations.
- Current child protection qualification.
- Current First Aid Certificate, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management training.
- Valid Working with Children Check verification number.
- Demonstrated understanding of the NQF, EYLF, child protection, mandatory reporting and workplace health and safety issues and practices.
