This role sits right alongside the founders. You'll be their content partner - on the ground, in the room, capturing what's actually happening and turning it into content that builds real audiences and drives real outcomes.
You'll run content strategy and execution across the founders' personal brands and the company channels. That means being present when things happen, having the instinct to know what's worth capturing, editing video that people actually watch through, and writing copy that does more than just fill a caption box.
You'll also be expected to direct - coaching the founders on camera, steering shoots, and pushing for the best possible output.
