Role Overview:

As a Facebook Ads Coach at SHE-com, you will play a pivotal role in empowering women entrepreneurs to master Facebook advertising. You will guide eCommerce business owners through the process of creating, managing, and scaling their Facebook ad campaigns, ensuring they achieve success and maximise their ROI. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing, enjoys teaching, and is committed to helping others succeed in their entrepreneurial journey.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coaching & Mentoring: Provide one-on-one coaching sessions to eCommerce business owners, helping them understand the fundamentals and advanced strategies of Facebook (Meta) advertising.
* Strategy Development: Assist clients in developing effective ad strategies tailored to their business goals, including audience segmentation, creative direction, and ad budget allocation.
* Performance Analysis: Teach clients how to analyse campaign data and metrics, such as CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS, to make data-driven decisions that optimise ad performance.
* Campaign Optimization: Guide clients through A/B testing, bid adjustments, and creative refresh strategies to ensure continuous improvement of campaign results.
* Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends in Facebook advertising, new features, and best practices to ensure clients remain competitive in the market.
* Support & Troubleshooting: Provide real-time support to clients, addressing issues with ads, tracking, and any platform changes.
* Workshops & Training: Conduct group workshops and webinars for SHE-com members, covering topics like ad copywriting, targeting strategies, and scaling campaigns.

Requirements:

* Experience: 3+ years of experience managing and optimising Facebook Ads for eCommerce brands.
* Available to coach : 5-10 hours a week, Monday to Friday business hours. Ideal for a freelancer, or a mum on maternity leave, or an expert looking for part time contract coaching work.
* Coaching Ability: Strong aptitude for teaching and simplifying complex advertising concepts for beginners and advanced users alike.
* Data-Driven Mindset: Proficiency in using Facebook Ads Manager and other analytics tools to derive actionable insights.
* Technical Expertise: Familiarity with the Facebook Pixel, tracking setup, and custom audience creation.
* Creative Insight: Ability to guide clients on creating engaging ad creatives that resonate with their target audience.
* Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and offer constructive feedback.
* Passion for eCommerce: Understanding of the challenges faced by online businesses and a drive to help them grow.
