Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of authentic pasta, pizza, and modern Italian dishes to a consistently high standard
Follow rotational menus and contribute to the development of new and creative dishes
Ensure portion control, presentation, and quality meet restaurant standards
Supervise and maintain a clean and well-organised workstation at all times
Maintain and complete HACCP records and adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and occupational health
standards
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations
Provide training and mentoring to junior staff where required
Requirements & Skills
Minimum 5 years' proven experience as a Chef in a restaurant or commercial kitchen setting
Strong knowledge of Italian and international cuisines, particularly pasta and pizza preparation
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and follow recipes in a timely manner
Experience using modern kitchen equipment and techniques
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Culinary qualifications or equivalent certification (highly regarded)
Covid-19 vaccination (as per current health guidelines)
Work authorisation in Australia (required)

Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
