This role offers the opportunity to inspire the next generation of psychologists, preparing them for registration and practice as a psychologist, and making a meaningful impact on the future of mental healthcare.
As Senior Lecturer, you will be a registered psychologist and responsible for leading and delivering postgraduate psychology units, supervising honours and postgraduate students, and contributing to curriculum innovation and accreditation compliance.
You will teach in our postgraduate professional programmes, Master of Clinical Psychology, Master of Clinical Psychology (Advanced Entry), and Master of Professional Psychology programmes, and play a key role in shaping the future of psychology education.
This position can be undertaken remotely (excluding Southeast Queensland region) or on-campus, with the option to be either full-time (preferred) or part-time negotiable if the applicant wishes to maintain a small clinical caseload.

Position Requirements
Essential
Doctoral qualification (PhD or equivalent) in psychology, plus a Masters-level qualification meeting registration requirements or a professional doctorate combining these elements.
General registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist.
Teaching qualification or willingness to obtain (Graduate Certificate in Tertiary Teaching/Education).
Experience in curriculum development and multi-modal teaching.
Desirable
Approval (or eligibility) to supervise provisional psychologists.
