The success of the Accounts Payable Support Officer role pivots on the delivery of outstanding customer service so a strong alignment to customer care is a must! The role entails the processing of invoices to suppliers for all Goodstart centres and support teams. Success of this role pivots on high attention to detail, data accuracy and the ability to work with volumes of data, alongside the delivery of outstanding customer service.
This position will be based in our Centre Support Office in Murarrie, Brisbane. There will be a hybrid element available, once training is completed, with expectation to be in the office 3 days a week.
**Your Impact**:
Administer and effectively process invoices in a timely and efficient manner as per company policies and procedures as well as legislative requirements.
Request approvals in line with Goodstart delegation of approval policy
Ensure that vendor queries and questions from centre staff and managers are investigated and reported on in a timely manner.
Receive and process vendor excel files
Complete reconciliations of vendor statements/accounts
Building rapport with customers to ensure service excellence to resolve queries, problems, or complaints.
Identifies and resolves problems and inconsistencies and suggests appropriate corrective procedures and adjust / resolve errors within the SAP system.
Maintain vendor details and carry out administrative tasks as requested.

**You'll bring to the table**:
Have gained good previous experience within a transactional admin or finance environment
Possess strong customer alignment and exceptional communication skills
Have intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
