BANIYA & FAMILY PTY LTD Full-Time Chefs Required Chef/Cook Required Located, Carlton 1710 Burwood Hwy, Belgrave VIC 3160, Bensons Café And Restaurant is currently seeking a qualified Full Time Chef/Cook to join our friendly team. We are looking for someone who is creative, organized, and passionate. In order to qualify for the role, you must have the following : Responsibilities: ?
Performing all food preparation and cooking duties ? Working under pressure in a fast-paced environment ? Ability to work late till 10:00 pm and on weekends.
? Maintain high standard of kitchen hygiene to exceed food safety standards. To be considered for this role you will need to possess the following: ? Advanced understanding and appreciation of all aspects of food and its service ?
1 + years of proven kitchen experience in a fast paced, high-volume environment. ? Qualifications in commercial cookery- Cert IV or higher ? Flexible availability ?
Strong leadership, motivational and people skills ? Effective communication skills ? Overall knowledge of operations, ordering, stock control and working to budgets Excellent wages and incentives offered to the successful candidate.
