Job Description
The Senior Manager, Acceptance Solutions Sales Executive will be an integral part of our Visa Acceptance and Cybersource Solutions team supporting key client deliverables to ensure a strong sales strategy and delivery for key client initiatives in Australia. This field‑sales position will help drive the expansion of Visa’s Value‑Added Services business. The role is responsible for targeting merchants, acquirers, and service providers as well as other companies accepting payments to add them to our growing digital products portfolio. The Senior Manager will work closely with other Visa teams to offer Visa products (checkout, processing, analytics, fraud, security, and other digital solutions) to the Australian market. The ideal candidate is a motivated self‑starter with a sales background, strong payment technical skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment with limited supervision.
Responsibilities
* Identify prospects, manage the sales process, and close new businesses.
* Contribute to strategic initiatives in Australia to become the leading processor/gateway across card‑present, e‑commerce, and omnichannel opportunities.
* Act as a customer advocate—work closely with global product teams to help shape the roadmap.
* Develop targeted product and industry use‑cases based on market needs.
* Partner with teams to support the delivery of go‑to‑market strategies for specific prospects and products.
* Lead RFPs and RFIs for key prospects.
* Be the face of Visa Acceptance and Cybersource in the external market.
* Collaborate with other business units such as the Digital Partnerships team to expand the ecosystem.
* Maintain and share knowledge of existing and new acceptance products with the broader Visa team.
Qualifications
* Payment domain experience with a proven track record in solution sales and familiarity with current and emerging payment trends across cards, A2A, and alternate payment methods.
* Tech‑savvy—knowledge of payment commerce technologies for card‑present, e‑commerce, and omnichannel experiences, demonstrating familiarity with API‑led solutions.
* Demonstrated track record of success in cross‑team collaboration with product/engineering/pre‑sales engineering teams to drive commercial outcomes.
* Highly adaptable with exposure gained working in fast‑moving and agile environments.
* Collaborative mindset and ability to foster synergy across multiple teams.
* Strong technical‑based sales and partnership achievements (ideally from a product or B2B sales role).
* Strong partnerships experience, B2B enterprise software or technology consultative sales experience.
* Experience in the e‑commerce, customer‑present, merchant, and payment industries.
* Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation skills, and success closing high‑volume business.
* Experience managing longer sales cycles and driving multiple simultaneous opportunities to success.
* Knowledge of payment and/or risk management systems and industry is preferred.

Salary: A$210,000.00‑A$220,000.00 (base), located in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
