Are you highly organized, collaborative, and motivated?

Our client is looking for a site administrator at Wickham point.

You will play a crucial role in the smooth day to day operation, efficiency and compliance.

About the role

In your new role you’ll provide onshore Operation Workforce by carrying out various administrative and business services duties.

- Maintain solid relationships with the various external stakeholders for this role including, but not limited to; Hotel Services Provider, Stationery Provider, Bussing Provider, Accommodation Providers, Vehicle Leasing Providers
- Support the team to manage the Business Services ticketing system, assign tasks and resolve tasks in a prompt and friendly manner
- Prepare and distribute various reports, presentations and communications as directed.
- Support the vehicle management system including compliance requirements and ensure any maintenance and repair activities are actioned in a timely manner.
- Support the governance of the Site Access system by actioning all Onshore Access requests in a timely manner, applying an appropriate level of problem solving when usual approvers are unavailable and understanding the link between site access and the supplementary workforce portal.
- Support the planning and execution of Technical and Corporate site visits and events.
- Support the governance of the corporate credit card system and reconcile corporate expenses as required.
- Support employee and vendor onboarding stage including competency data entry into Company supplementary workforce portal, PPE procurement and desk allocation
- General administrative duties including typing, scanning, copying, filing, and binding.
- Assist in the maintenance and control of documentation using the Document Control System/Teams.

What you will need to succeed

In order to take up this great opportunity, the successful applicant will require the following skills and experience

- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within the construction or related sectors.

- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (preferred)
- Previous experience in the Resources sector desirable
- A minimum typing speed of 60 wpm with 90% accuracy
- Good communication skills, both oral and written
- Very strong organization skills
- Strong team working skills
