Technical Assistant Wanted
We are seeking a skilled Technical Assistant to join our team and contribute to the delivery of exceptional healthcare to our community. * The successful candidate will be hands-on with blood collection, patient data entry, and specimen packing, ensuring the smooth operation of our service.
* A Certificate III in Pathology Collections or previous experience in venepuncture is highly regarded, but we are also willing to train the right candidate.
* Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail are essential for this role.
* Familiarity with pathology terminology and requirements is also an advantage.
This position requires shift-type work, including weekends, and travel to various sites within the operational area. The ideal candidate will be able to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and provide high-quality service to our referrers and consumers.
