**THE ROLE...**
This is a key business development and account management role within the Trades building sector, with the intent to provide exceptional support to our new clients and expanding our business relationships in the Wollongong, South Coast and Canberra regions in New South Wales. The position is critical in growing sales and maintaining the link between the Builder, Supervisors and Beaumont Tiles.
Reporting to the Residential Sales Manager, this role takes the approach of being a trusted adviser, offering innovative ideas and providing a superior customer service. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales for the region and ensuring our growth targets are met.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying, prospecting, engaging and developing new clients
- Implementation of new business development initiatives
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key contacts in existing and new accounts
- Establishing and maintaining relevant and meaningful industry network relationships
- Engaging in purposeful networking opportunities across the industry
Responsible for managing product order processes for the client, you will ensure a seamless service is being provided and solve issues that arise in a professional and timely manner. This role will have regular face-to-face communication with builders and stakeholders in the business resulting in the strengthening of our professional relationship.

You will have a demonstrated proven track record in building and managing client relationships achieving successful outcomes, a natural talent for attracting and growing new business, highly motivated and a passion for exceptional customer service achieved through effective planning and relationship management.
