McIntosh & Son, Wongan Hillshas an opportunity for a Service Administrator to join the team on a full time basis.
The key responsibilities include:
* All administrative duties for the Service Department.
* Open, monitor and close all Repair Orders and record technician hours.
* Continually monitor Work-In-Progress reports and review with Service Manager.
* Raise all workshop purchase orders and enter invoices into e-Emphasys database.
* Ensure accurate and efficient data-entry and record maintenance.
* Other general departmental duties such as; attend Service Department meetings, take minutes, answer phones, take messages, and complete filing.
You will have:
* Previous experience in providing a high standard of administrative support in a workshop or mechanical servicing environment (desired but not essential as training will be provided).
* Exceptional data entry skills with an extremely high level of accuracy.
* Superior communication skills (written and oral) and attention to detail.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills, ability to prioritise tasks with competing deadlines Strong capabilities with computers, particularly databases and spreadsheets.
* Ability to maintain focus and multi-task in a high pressured and ever-changing environment.
* Proficient in maintaining an electronic file management system.
* Previous experience with E-Emphasys software or other Dealer Management Systems (DMS) (training will be provided).
