We're looking for an Apprentice Vehicle Mechanic or Technician—to join our team on a permanent full-time based in Lonsdale, SA or Wetherill Park, NSW In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for servicing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of specialized fleet vehicles and equipment.
Whether you're new to the trade or have some exposure to light vehicles, heavy vehicles, or plant equipment, we welcome applicants with a strong interest in mechanics and a proactive attitude. As an apprentice, you'll help maintain the safety and reliability of our fleet, playing a key role in the smooth running of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on light and heavy vehicles or equipment
Use diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and resolve faults
Carry out preventive maintenance to minimise breakdowns and maximise equipment uptime
Accurately record maintenance and repair work
Complete both scheduled and reactive tasks in a timely, efficient manner
Follow all safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment

A White Card and HR licence are highly regarded
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and police clearance
