The ideal candidate will be experienced in collections or customer-facing roles, with a strong understanding of financial counselling support for customers in financial difficulty.
Your Responsibilities:
* Engage with financially vulnerable customers to safeguard their interests and success. Collaborate with financial counsellors to provide essential information and resources.
* Address the needs of individuals and families affected by financial hardship or under representation of an authorized third party facing similar challenges.
* Closely collaborate with the Optus Specialist Care team to assess and provide long-term solution options for vulnerable customers under case management.
