Electrical Supervisor – HV Infrastructure (FIFO from Perth)

Roster: 2 Weeks On / 1 Week Off
Location: FIFO from Perth
We're seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a major mining infrastructure project in Western Australia. Reporting to the Construction Manager, you'll be responsible for the supervision and delivery of high-voltage construction activities — including 220kV transmission lines and substations — ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution across all phases of the project.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day electrical construction activities for HV infrastructure, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
* Review project plans, schedules, and budgets; coordinate with contractors and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of work packages.
* Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to ensure compliance with the Scope of Work, design specifications, and industry standards.
* Implement and maintain quality control measures to uphold project standards and specifications.
* Drive a strong safety culture by ensuring all work complies with company and statutory safety regulations.
* Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and progress updates.
* Monitor project costs, identify potential variances, and implement corrective actions to manage expenses effectively.
About You
* Electrical trade or engineering qualifications with demonstrated experience supervising HV construction projects (transmission lines and substations).
* Strong understanding of Australian electrical and safety standards.
* Proven ability to manage contractors and interface with multiple project stakeholders.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
* Current WA Electrical Licence (desirable).
