About the Role
We're searching for a CRM Specialist who blends creative execution with technical skill. You'll take the lead in building responsive, high-performing emails in HTML/CSS, while also supporting the delivery of app push, SMS, and in-app messaging through our Braze platform.
You'll work closely with the CRM & Loyalty Manager to bring our campaign and lifecycle strategies to life; ensuring every customer touchpoint is on-brand, reliable, and optimised for engagement.

Key Responsibilities
* Build, test, and deploy responsive HTML/CSS emails that render flawlessly across devices and inbox providers.
* Maintain and evolve reusable templates and content blocks to improve efficiency and consistency.
* Ensure all communications follow best practices for accessibility, deliverability, and responsiveness.
* Conduct rigorous QA testing across devices and platforms.
* Collaborate with the creative team to bring campaign concepts to life; ensuring all assets are optimised and on-brand.
* Support the execution of weekly campaign sends and automated lifecycle journeys across email, SMS, app push, and in-app messaging.
* Assist in segmentation, audience setup, and campaign scheduling in Braze (experience with Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Adobe Campaign also valued).
* Monitor and report on campaign and journey performance, providing insights to optimise engagement and conversion.
* Stay up to date with the latest CRM trends, coding techniques, and channel innovations.
Skills & Experience
* 2-3 years experience in CRM, email marketing, or digital campaign execution, ideally in ecommerce or retail.
* Strong coding skills in HTML, CSS, and responsive email development.
* Experience with Braze preferred; experience with Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Adobe Campaign also beneficial.
* Understanding of multichannel CRM campaigns; including email, SMS, push, and in-app.
* Proficiency with QA and testing tools and an understanding of deliverability principles.
* Meticulous attention to detail and strong troubleshooting skills for rendering or formatting issues.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills; you'll work closely with creative, marketing, and technical teams.
* A genuine interest in fashion, customer experience, and brand storytelling would also be beneficial.
